What we collect
Account data: email, username, password hash, verification state and preferences such as theme, currency and country.
Activity data: ratings, reviews, votes, lists, posts, photos and moderation history.
Technical data: session identifiers, device type and coarse location for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To run your account, calculate weighted scores and rankings, prevent rating manipulation, moderate the community and send the notifications you enable.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Security logs are kept for 12 months. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days, after which published contributions are anonymised rather than erased so rankings stay consistent.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Requests are answered within 30 days through account settings or the contact form.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors handle hosting, storage, authentication and email under contract, and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
