Export
Request a machine-readable copy of your account data, ratings, reviews, lists and photos from account settings. Exports are prepared within 30 days and delivered as a download link.
Correction
Fix your own profile fields at any time. For corrections to catalogue records, use the perfume correction control or Suggest a Perfume.
Deletion
Deleting your account removes personal identifiers within 30 days. Published contributions are anonymised so aggregate scores and rankings remain accurate.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our handling of a request you may complain to your local data protection authority.
